Throat-Soothing Popsicles Makes 8 Popsicles These popsicles will soothe and treat an itchy, sore throat Ingredients Juice of 1 large lemon 2-inch piece of ginger, thinly sliced 2 Tbsp honey 2 teabags of rose hips tea 2½ cups boiling water liquid zinc   Instructions In a heat-proof bowl, mix together the lemon juice, ginger, honey, and tea bags.
