Makes 8 Popsicles
These popsicles will soothe and treat an itchy, sore throat
Juice of 1 large lemon
2-inch piece of ginger, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp honey
2 teabags of rose hips tea
2½ cups boiling water
In a heat-proof bowl, mix together the lemon juice, ginger, honey, and chamomile tea bags.
Pour boiling water over the top of the tea bags and let steep for 10 minutes.
Remove tea bags and strain out the ginger slices. Continue to let sit until water has slightly cooled.
Pour into popsicle molds, put 10 drops of zinc in each mold, and freeze completely.
