Banana Ice Cream Sundae with Chocolate Sauce

Are you lactose intolerant or just want some delicious icecream without the dairy?  Well then you’ve got to try this simple and delicious icecream!

This icecream is decadent, vegan, and oh so good!   It’s a great way to enjoy a delicious treat without all the calories and unhealthiness.  Best of all it’s dairy free! Winning!


3 frozen bananas

Chocolate sauce:
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 teaspoon agave syrup or preferred sweetener

Almond butter

To make the ice cream: put the bananas in a high speed blender and blend until they become a creamy, fluffy, white soft serve ice cream. Scoop into a bowl.

To make the chocolate sauce: whisk the ingredients together. Drizzle over your ice cream along with the rest of your toppings.

Add more toppings of your choice if desired and enjoy!
